What's New and Exciting?
2007 was a productive and thrilling year for me. Not only did I see four novels
contracted and released, I also had my sweet little baby girl, Simone. Each release
seems to grow my reader base as well as my writing skills. And I feel like the best
is yet to come. My writing life is vastly different now with an infant joining my
preschool aged son in vying for my attention. My time management juggle act is
different now. But the characters in my head don't seem to care.
Just this month, a new idea struck and won't let go. She's the kind of catchy
character that seems to whisper my ear off and on all day long. If I don't start writing
her story, who knows what she'll do. Probably go find something else to do. Can't
let that happen. So, as I prepare for Wanted's galleys, I have embarked on another
full length novel. This one's a contemporary romance with a dash of paranormal
thrown in for flavor. I'll post an excerpt by the end of April. Be sure to let me know
what you think of it!
I'm excited to share news that Wanted found a home at Liquid Silver Books
alongside The Best Revenge and Jessie's Girl. I can't say enough about what a
fantastic experience every book has been with this house. They are ever patient
with me and I love the readership.
